Individual Sessions

50 dollars first session. (25 for every session after that).  First session  includes:
  • Body Composition Baseline (%Body fat, Bone density, Weight, BMI, Waist to Hip ratio, Body Measurements)
  • Resting Heart Rate Anaylsis
  • Blood Pressure Test
  • Balance Tests
  • Posture Anaylsis
  • Muscular Endurance Baseline
  • Muscular Strength Baseline
  • Cardiovascular Baseline
  • Speed Baseline
  • Agility Baseline
  • Fitness and Health paperwork
  • Individualized fitness plan tailored for you and for your goals!  That you can keep!
  • Following Sessions:
  • 25 dollars per session (train at the park or studio)
  • 30 dollars per session ( Jason drives to your location to train)
  • Each Session lasts one hour  
  • Jason will document your results and conduct tests to monitor your progress towards your goals

Group Sessions

  • 5 dollars per session
  • Intense 1 hour workouts
  • Start a group or join one
  • Fellowship, fun, and get a great workout all at the same time!
